    Shipping costs vary and range from a few dollars for basic small items to a few dozen dollars for expedited shipping or larger items.

    When will I get my order?
 There are two stages of fulfillment. First, it usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill the order. Next shipping time is estimated to be 3–4 business days. Times are subject to change and it may take longer to fulfill and ship during busy seasons.



    Where will my order ship from? 
All of our products are made to order and shipped from within the United States at various locations.



    Will I be charged customs for my order? 
At present we ship only within the United States. Therefore, no customs are charged.



    My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:


    ● check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

    
● ask your local post office if they have your package

    
● check with neighbors in case the courier left your package with them (this happens a lot!)

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, then get in touch with us with your order number.

    Your products are made to order by our partners in the USA and shipped directly to you.

    How do I track my order?
    You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out – so be sure to provide your best email address & check your spam folder! If you don't receive this email, or have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line.

    I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
    First of all: we’re very so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged! To help us quickly resolve that for you, please contact us within a week's time with: 1) several clear photos of the damaged product; 2) your order number; and 3) any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
